The hotel location was convenient. I walked to many attractions. The subway stop was at the end of the street. The staff were generally friendly. I requested an early check-in and late check-out, and they were accommodating.
The room with a king size bed was quite small. There was little extra space. There was no table or chair available. If one person moved around, the other had to be on the bed. The room size was really inconvenient.

Breakfast consists of a ten-dollar voucher. It can be used at the ground floor food-to-go place. The food is not great, in my opinion. I would not recommend it unless it is free with the room.

The hotel is centrally placed. This makes walking to many attractions easy. A subway stop is available at the street end. This provides convenient access to other parts of the city. The location is superb.

The front desk staff are generally friendly. They provided early check-in. Late check-out was also possible. I had a reservation confirmed via email because it was pay-at-hotel. I appreciate the service.

The hotel offers modern design. Everything is new and clean. The room included a steaming device for clothes. It came in handy for removing wrinkles. Everything appears well kept at this hotel.

The room features many lighting options. There are many light switches and outlets available. The bed was very comfortable (i slept well). The room's ergonomics were great with everything right where I needed it. It was very convenient.

I had a corner room. It was located on a high floor. I enjoyed an very nice view of downtown. The hotel surprised me with balloons in my room for my birthday. I found this a really nice touch.
I waited an average of five minutes. The lobby became congested because of multiple guests selecting floors. I found this inconvenient.
